Kyla Blackeby has over 26 years experience in training customers on a huge variety of telephone systems, including Mitel, Ericsson, Aastra and LG, and has been working with DMV for 16 years.
Her expertise will ensure you and your staff start using your new phone system effectively and efficiently within hours of installation. Training covers operator consoles, handsets, voice mail, call centre applications and basic system admin changes.

Commencing October 2010, DMV will be offering FREE basic training on Mitel and Ericsson/Aastra systems. Ideal for new staff or those requiring a quick refresher course, sessions will run for approximately an hour and will be held on our premises.
