All too often we take the time to write about complaints, but rarely field compliments when someone has done an exemplary job. In this case I am taking the time to write to you about one of your employees, Nick Tilbrook. 

The City of Burnside has implemented the Mitel PABX solution over the last few months and personally I had a few of reservations at the onset of the project.  Your team made us feel comfortable, and after a remarkably clean cutover from our old system, Nick put in an amazing effort to satisfy our business needs and went way over and above with his customer service.

My team has reported that he was excellent to work with, and that he has poured an immense amount of hours into configuration and training, exceeding our expectations.
